behavior changes when BG is more normal?

    My cat Marvin has had high BG for months now. Poor guy. He's always been skiddish and not very interactive, but in these last months he's been especially so. Spending nearly 100% of his time under the bed. He only comes out when he wants to eat. I'm hoping when the BG is more regulated he will get back to his old self.

    Being in high numbers all the time can definitely make them feel off.

    Yes they usually act different when they are having high numbers but they normally get back to their usual selves once they start getting lower numbers

    I sure saw a a difference with Grandpa. He's very mellow, but for awhile there he was aggressive toward two of my cats. They were actually afraid of him. When he started feeling better he was back to his sweet self. We changed insulin yesterday and last night he chased one of those cats away from him again and was not himself.
