Maybe a silly question but It has suddenly got pretty hot here in Maine and I’ve noticed an Increase in Truffle’s BG numbers. Does the weather affect BG?

Strees affects BG numbers.......so if Truffle is stressed by the heat. that could do it.....not the actual weather.

does truffles go outside? not directly but, i do believe i have read that the effects of really cold or really hot weather on the body can affect BG levels in humans so guess the same could be true for cats.

No he’s an indoor cat. I let him have a roll around outside now and again but he’s usually keen to come back in these days!

Science denies it but anyone who gets migraines knows how the weather affects them.
I wouldn't want to wear a fur coat without AC.
    Truffles, meet Andy.

@Anne Biddle Just watched the news. Going to be screaming hot here for 8 days and it looks like you'll get it too.
I slightly over did it one summer with our previous dog and now we have a bigger long haired dog who doesn't understand "No, hot".
