    Hi
Does anyone know how to clear the memory and/or data off the alpha trak meter?

I tried the research center, and I have the manual still. Nothing tells you how to clear it.

There's always removing the battery for several minutes.

Or maybe running the setup routine again?

Removing the battery won't erase the data, but I'll try running the set up again..

    How about "Remove Pet Profile"?

I emailed Abbott, the maker of the meter. Let's see what they say.

With the Alphatrak meter, it's not possible to clear the memory.

(Been there, tried that, went through the same steps you are doing. Customer support said it can't be cleared.) This was with an Alphatrak 2 meter, last year, 2013

You may be able to run the set up routine again to get the date & time corrected.
