I ran across a dry food brand called Young Again. Zero carbs. Their literature states most cats will no longer need insulin 6 to 8 weeks after changing to this food exclusively. Anyone tried it? Also was wondering about feeding Felix cooked, chicken, turkey and salmon with supplements. Also would be zero carbs. Any thoughts?

Quite a few caretakers have used You Again Zero Carb (really does not have 0% carbs) and it is the lowest carb dry food available.
However, for some cats it resulted in GI upset. For others, including myself, my cats did not like/eat it.

Some caretakers here do make this food:

You have to make you own food correctly to get the proper nutritional constituents.

I use it. My cat went into remission a month later.
