Let's gather together, sugars and civvies, for the Full Sturgeon Moon! Of course there will be traditional favorites as purrpared by my mentor, Chef Rusty, and the Kitchen Krews of yore at Sturgeon Moons past:
Appetizers: Moon Microbrews; Moontinis and other delicious cocktails; Caviar on Nip Crackers; Assorted Paw Prints Pizzas with Green Cheese; Egg Rolls; Sushi Bar will feature many of the specialties of L&LL Sushi Chef Tux @Kako & Tux (this is Tux's first party at the Bridge, where he'll join Neko @Wendy&Neko at the sushi bar and be lovingly welcomed by Chef Rusty and all the celestial chefs

Entrees: Sturgeon Chowder; Shad Roe; Grilled Lake Trout; Flying Squirrel Kabobs; Michigans (red hotdogs with meat sauce--a Northern NY specialty); Chef Rusty's Thunderin' Bison Chili with Fresh Moonberry Salsa; Mousehead Stew (fresh-caught mousies: come early to help hunt); Chef Mannie's Renowned PNW Poached Sockeye Salmon with Nip Mayo.
Salads: Butthead's & Donny's Adirondack Field Greens; Moonshine Slaw.
Desserts: Moon Pies; Maggie's Signature Cheesecakes with Wild Blueberries; Tobey's Cimmamoon Cookies; Moondrop Torte à la Chief Pastry Chef Tess; Surprise Dessert à la Dessert Chef Sootie; Chef Stu's World Famous Catmint Parfaits.
Newer traditions include Leo's Chunky Tuna and Salmon Ice Cream with Sardine Sprinkles, Chef Felix's Sweet and Savory Crunchy Crouton Toppers, Olive's Shoelaceghetti with a side of pickles, TinySolé's sister Cookie's cod brownies filled with catnip, PussCatDusty's crispy birds feet served on baked catnip wafers (mmmmm, crunchy!) as well as her sweet and sour skink tail vol-au-vents & freeze dried plain yoghurt balls, and Chef Felix's Mediterranean platter with crunchy falafel, mewli-tabouli (with catnip instead of parsley), and smoked papurrika hummouse. You'll find Bella's Catinis at the Tiki Hut.
Don't feel quite up to partying tonight? Then be a Taster! We will bring you just one bite of everything to make sure it's up to Chef Rusty's standards--let Taster-Kitchen Liaison Roxi know what you think. The Taster Blankets are a place for kitties who are grieving and for kitties who are too unwell for dancing and feasting (but we hope we can coax you to have a taste); they're a little away from the dancing and whooping-it-up, but there's a good view for the Circle of Remembrance. Just come to the Taster Blankets, where Idjit, our Taster Blanket Coordinator extraordinaire, will get you a good seat on a comfy blankie. Not sure whether Greeter Olive will feel up to greeting, but do hope to see her fluffy self at the blankets.
Chieflet Luna has things well in paw in the kitchen, making sure things are going smoothly for our expurrt Kitchen Krew. I'll be wearing my favoritest apron.
