Gremlin - 11/06 - AMPS 153, +5 139, PMPS 167, +3.5 110

I just hate this all over the place thing! The only time I've had pink and yellow numbers with him has been when he's been unwell (hyperthyroidism, surgeries, hypertension, etc). But since April, I haven't been able to regulate him on his tiny dose, I've instead had to keep increasing it. And he's still all over the place! It's like being back at diagnosis (or relapse) all over again. And that was a loooong time ago. I know I don't really have anything to worry about as far as his diabetes go, it's just frustrating after four years of steady. And he was so close to remission only a few months ago. I guess it's a combination of all his medications, three legs, partial blindness, and just being old that's got his BG knickers in a twist.

Anyway, I'll stop complaining now! I'm blessed to still have my old boy and that's what counts. I just have to keep him safe and well.

I hear you Laura, especially after everything you and Grem have been through. It must be frustrating to be so close and then Grem’s pancreas decides it needs a boost of insulin. :banghead::rolleyes:

Rant all you want, it’s well deserved. ;)
