If I test with a ReLion, do the numbers corespond directly with a pet meter or do I need to do a conversion?

You can't compare the 2 numbers - it's like reading the temperature in Celsius vs Fahrenheit. The temp is the same, the numbers are just different. If using a human meter, 'normal' range is 50-120 while a pet meter 'normal' is 80-140(ish). You don't need to do any 'conversions'. Just note on your spreadsheet that you're using a human meter....good thing to add it to your signature also - that's where people will look first.

Unfortunately, numbers do not correspond directly to pet meter and there is no conversion. Each meter has it's own 20% variation allowance. Like Squeaky and KT said, just make a note of which meter you are using so other members know. They know how to interpret both meters. Make a note that 50 on human meter and 68 on pet meter are "take action" numbers. You don't want BG to go lower than those :)
