? Looking for a doggie/cat door with microchip device

Does anyone know if there are doggie or cat doors available that have a microchip device on the door that allows only the specific dog/cat IN and OUT of the door?
My daughter has a French Bulldog which she wants to be able to let in and out the door to outside, but not let Clover the cat out.
She can only find ones that have the device on it for letting specific cat/dog IN via the microchip programming but any animal can go OUT.
We live in Australia but she would buy from O/S if one was available.
Would be grateful for any suggestions.

I wonder if they make them for small dogs?
