Her ketone was .6 - which is right at the border of being concerned. I gave her some extra water (I’ll syringe it on the side of her mouth the way I would give liquid medication) I have a question too I was thinking earlier- human diabetics eat every few hours too but I’m assuming they don’t when they’re sleeping. Should I not feed her during the night time (like for 6-8 hours while I sleep)- or is it because cats take naps all day it’s not the same.

+6 238 and she’s been ravenous all night- trying to break open her auto feeders when they just fed her not even an hour before?

If that’s using a blood ketone meter, it’s not close to the border of being concerned. This post discusses ketones and ketone meter readings for cats.
