Her AMPS BG is 179. Should I stay at the same dose or lower? She’s due now
Her ketone test also came back .4
(Which I read is in normal range, but still scary to me)

Hi Rosa, I can't stay long today and was just passing through the forum. But will help as much as I can.

Have you fed Mimi yet? Can you do another test now?
 
179 is a safe number to shoot :) if you’re nervous is there any way you can stall for 20 mins and retest to see if she s coming up?
 
I think it should be safe to give your regular dose.

Please be sure to leave out food for Mimi to eat throughout the day. Maybe you will need to separate Mimi again while you're away so for sure, she's the one eating the food you're leaving out Are you leaving for work right after you give insulin?
