    THANK YOU AGAIN!!! Its been almost a month, I think. That George still does not need insulin. I can not believe he was having huge rebound effects. His numbers where in the 500's at one point. After a short educational course here, I learned how to check his BG levels. Even though it was difficult, you guys stressed it was very important. By doing so, helped me get a better understanding. I put him on a canned friskies diet and his readings where coming out normal every time. Yesterday it was 79.

    Fantastic! :D Thanks for coming back to tell us. We love to hear success stories. But know that if you hadn't been willing to try the hometesting and the diet, none of this good stuff would have happened.

    I am happy to let you guys know, I want to show my appreciation. :D If I listened to the vets, I would have killed my poor George
