Good afternoon/evening

Osha is happy, but I am not as happy with her numbers. She got an increase tonight. The balance on this dance is maddening!

I had my interview at the job fair with the county this morning. This was just an interview with a principal and will be added to my file. She was using a rubric and I could see when I would say a certain phrase she would check mark the paper....I only saw 3's and 4's so, I am hopeful. When the positions open up in May, I will get interview with specific schools for their openings. I felt confident and that I did a good job. Plus, with love on your side, it makes everything easier. @Photorecon :)

Sounds promising :). Would it be in the same school/district or would it mean a move? What is a rubric?

It would be in the same district. Fairfax county public schools is the 10th largest school district in the US.

A rubric is what teachers use to measure expectations and quality of the task. They rate from 1-4. Its a tool we use to measure students' performance and knowledge.
