Post review now enabled for this forum

Enable post review:
If set to yes users are able to review their post if new posts were made to the topic while users wrote theirs.

Please be aware that you must respond to the questions posed when you try to post if a new post was made first by someone else. If you ignore the questions, you may lose your entire post.

This feature is now enabled ONLY for the Feline Health Forum.
