I know that syringes come with 1/2 u markings. I've seen references to people giving .10, .25, etc, and even smaller dose.
Are there syringes with these tiny markings, or maybe these people are just so expert at this, that they can eyeball it?
I am brand new, just a week and a half into this, so not trying to adjust. Just amazed and curious.

The finest syringe markings are 1/2 unit. Thus, as you surmised, people are eyeballing increments smaller than 1/2 unit.

What kind of jewelers scale are you using??? I tried to measure with my gram scale and couldn't get a difference between .10u and .50u.

Oy, I'm going to turn off the accelerator on my 'puter (dialup), so I can see the photos unblurry. That oughta take an hour to download.
    Thank you for responses.
