Varying #s..what do I dose tonight? Humulin N

A few days ago her # was 501...yesterday it was 389 and today it is 91..I haven't given her any since that most recent test..I fed her after the test but I wasn't sure what dose to give her so I didnt give her any..She's been on 2 units for about a week and I recently switched her to wet food...what should I give her? All tests were done about 12 hours after her last dose.

There's a hypo emergency going on that probably has everyone busy. I'm relatively new here too and am in no position to give advice, but I've heard often that high numbers can kill in days, low numbers can kill in hours. We're on humulin too. I wouldn' t be comfortable giving my Weezer a shot at 91 and then going to bed. Hopefully someone with more experience will come along soon. Good luck!
