Weekend Condo - Jackson's 1st Birthday

Jackson had his 1st Birthday on Friday, September 25th. Some of these pictures were taken Friday night and today, but most of them were taken yesterday.

Jackson and I spent two hours last Saturday in the stores shopping for his Birthday Prezzies. He got a catnip mouse and lots and lots of treats and a cardboard stratcher thing and a Catit Senses Circuit Cat Toy.

This weekend is my 3 day weekend, so the kitties went out like half a dozen times yesterday and as many today so far. I am their servant and they are my joy .

Dyana, those are wonderful pics of Jackson and Ginger. Jackson looks like a Jackrabbit in some of them: he has enormous hind legs! I'm sure he'll enjoy playing with those new toys.

Oh my! Simply magnificent kitties. Ginger's tail...swoon. And you caught some great shots of it flagging straight up! Just beautiful.

Love Jackson's eyes! His little impish personality seems to show right through those big round eyes. Goodness he's a striking boy.

Ginger will be walking along and when I call her or talk to her, she puts her tail straight up in the air. I like to think it means she likes me.

And we play a game. We start on the edge of the big lawn and I tell her to stay and she usually does, then I walk to the other end and sit down and call her and she then runs (with her tail straight up) to me. And then she likes to be right next to me and hang out with me. I enjoy this time with her. I'm sure my neighbors think I'm a cat lady. But I only have two.
