If the vet won't give me B12 for Tootoo's pancreatitis, where can I get it? Is the human tablet form effective?

    Which B12?

For diabetic neuropathy, you want METHYL-B12.

For pancreatitis treatment/prevention, you want CYANO-B12.

You can try Amazon (link above), or http://www.iherb.com

Thanks. It would be the cyano. I'll order online if vet says no. What kind of syringe? I heard I need a bigger one than the one used for insulin.

B-12 can only help, not hurt in any way. Cannot believe your vet. My three get a weekly injection but you can start with twice a week. I use my insulin syringe and give 25 units sub-Q to each one. My vets sell me a whole huge bottle, never a problem.
