Whiskey is at 170!!

I had a family emergency and lots of chaos the past couple of days--I did not get a chance to either test Whiskey or give him insulin yesterday but today, when I tested him, he was at 170! This is good, right?

 

And btw I am going to do a curve soon --I think my new test strips for the Relion may have come in. My landlord said I had a package in the apartment management office.

 

I had heard that a pre-test reading of under 200 was considered good by others on this site. Hope all is well with your family and Whiskey is doing good too.

 

170 is pretty good but still a little high

We want them in the 50-120 range (on a human meter) or 68- about 150 (on a pet meter)
