Would someone define endogenous insulin?

    This goes with my other post but I figure the answer is good for a lot of newbies as well.
     
  2. Endogenous would be insulin produced within the body, from his pancreas.

    Exogenous would be what you are giving him with a syringe.

    agree with Carl.

    Endo- means inside or internal
    Exo- means outsite or external
