Yesterday was a typical blue start, bounce, then the evening lagoon visit. Great party at Zener's house last night!

Late post again today. I didn't get much sleep last night in between testing and getting up at +9 for rowing. I managed to btb for an hour when we got back, then had to go downtown for meeting. The upside was the food cart lunch near a sidewalk Brazilian band. I don't go downtown often these days, especially in the summer when it's tourist central. An Alaskan cruise ship was parked in the harbour just adding to the crush.

Back at home, it's a hotter day that it's been the last couple of days. Kitties were in the solarium when I got home, but the sun has moved around to make it hotter so they are crashed inside on the floor. Neko did a brief trip out to the deck in the morning. Not sure what else she did the rest of the day, probably sleep. :lol: She was very purry when I got up for the +9 test/row. I think she's feeling good in those numbers and was looking forward to the early snack.

I hope Neko gets back to blues and greens soon, but doesn't keep you up all night again.

Very hot today, yesterday too....
Can't imagine how uncomfortable it must be wearing fur.......
Food cart lunch? Is that something I should try?

Nice recovery, Neko! Could you text Zener with instuctions to follow you? :roll: I can't imagine having all that fur either. I gave my sister the Paprika app for her birthday. Have a nice evening, Wendy!

OK, ready for round two. :lol: Neko spent a good part of this afternoon on the deck in the shade. She just didn't want to come in. She was lying down, sniffing away, some good purrs/scritches and even got a snooze in. There was a light breeze so it was all quite pleasant. Finally as it got closer to dinner time, she decided she was ready to head back in.

@Carla - Just inches away from blues again. Not sure about the sleep thing though. :YMSIGH:

@Mariko - As usual the good cycles are at night. She got a bit of a combing today, so a little less fur. There's a breeze here so it got more tolerable in the later afternoon. I got a free app called Street Food Vancouver that lists the food carts and trucks and shows their current locations. I got fish tacos at The Daily Catch. If I was downtown, I'd try them more often.

@Liz - Neko didn't go as low as Zener last night, so liver not quite so panicked! And no yummy honey laced treats. I'm mean. :lol: Cool that Paprika is going viral.
