Yesterday's blech to flat yellow

Good morning (or good afternoon) LL! Night duty bean is putting up the condo while MamaLizBean is out for a run, trying to beat our daily monsoon weather. A stinky pinky start looks better than yesterday. Last night's cycle was a very flat one, so we shall see what today may bring. Zener does love to surprise. So far, it's looking pretty yellow with an itty bitty slide. Poo patrol had it easy this morning with deposits in the LB, so no backyard expedition necessary.

This is the 4th cycle with the fattened dose, so two more to go for the Z-meister before more juice. Are we too early to issue to dosecrease threat? ;-)

Sending healing vines to our LL kitties in need, and hoping all have a good Wednesday. :YMHUG:

Oh Zener! You best start showing prettier numbers or your beans are going to up your dose! Come on, Zener...you can do it! Hope you all have a great day and don't get washed away by your monsoons! Happy Wednesday, Liz & Anne!

Re: 7/24 Zener AMPS 339;+2 291;+4 278

Zeeeener.....oh Zeeeeener.....come read your condo, fella. There's a dosecrease threat here. Hurry!!

Hi Anne and Liz. I presume monsoon means lots of rain at once? Not like ours day in and day out? Or maybe I better Google it and see exactly what a monsoon is.
Hmmm, surprised to learn that wind is involved. I really have to emerge from this bubble I live in

I hope Lizbean got her run in while it was still dry out.

Re: 7/24 Zener AMPS 339;+2 291;+4 278

I also hope Zener reads his condo and gets back to one of his famous slides. Nice on the prezzies in the LB. I hope his appy is happy. I've heard Monsoon mentioned here, too, but we still see no sightings of rain. I better be careful what I'm wishing for lately. Have a great day.

Re: 7/24 Zener AMPS 339;+2 291;+4 278

Zener, keep on sliding please. We'd like another colour or two today.

I hope Liz had a good early run and missed getting wet. The almost full moon was still out early this morning here.

Re: 7/24 Zener AMPS 339;+2 291;+4 278

I hope Zener keeps sliding down to blue today. I hope Liz had a good run this morning.

Re: 7/24 Zener AMPS 339;+2 291;+4 278;+9.5 258

It's another flat yellow cycle. We gave Zener his fluids at +9.5 so got a BG reading for comparison later. Thanks to all for highlighting the dosecrease threat in Zener's condo. If he doesn't read it here, maybe Neko will text him again. ;-)

@Deborah & Shasta - thanks for making our point on the numbers! Heavy rain just west of us, about 15 minutes west, and we got only a sprinkle. Very typical.

@Barb & Checkers - ah, good to speak his name several times, that should get his attention! Down below are a couple of links to our summer weather pattern. Marje and Gracie get the same pattern, it usually gets going first for them in the summer before it moves up to our altitude. Liz got in her run before any weather action. :thumbup

@Ann & Maggie - well, it seems like an almost flat cycle with a tiny itty bitty sliding trend. ;-) We got our Cat Attract litter just a few minutes ago, so I've switched out the litter in all the boxes. Will report later on how this works.

@Wendy & Neko - and can you encourage a nice s...l...o...w slide as well? How cool you saw the moon, were you up early for rowing? Did you see any post-party kitties slinking in doing the walk of shame?

@carla - getting closer to blue, but not yet...

For those who asked about our monsoon season, we call it the southwestern or Arizona monsoon, but others know it also as the North American Monsoon. It is nothing like the Asian monsoons, here's more for inquiring minds:

Are we too early to issue to dosecrease threat?
No.
I have my next 4 dosecrease threats on the table already.

I'm glad Liz had a good run, and hope Anne's having a great day as well.

As for ZENER (yes, you, Mr. Handsome), I wonder if these flat yellows mean that something blue or green is brewing for the near future...

I hope you're all having a great afternoon/early evening! :-D

Hi Ann. Hope Liz had a good run this morning. Looks like Zener likes it in the yellow zone. Hope he doesn't push it until the last minute to bring his numbers down and avoid the dose increase.

Have a great evening.

Yep, that is one flat cat! I hope he doesn't have HUGE plans for you tonight, but a little blue would be nice. Have a great evening, guys!

Re: 7/24 Zener PMPS 289;+2 137

Yikes! That's quite the drop. Zener, slooooow please. They better not be texting tonight.

We were on the water from 5:30 to 7 and the moon was out then. I think I saw a plane flying erratically towards our place. Might have been Maui dropping off the laggards?

Re: 7/24 Zener PMPS 289;+2 137

Hi!
Zener is responding to everyone's dosecrease threat?
I hope he'll surf!

Thank you for visiting Lucy and info on meds.
It's interesting and good to know that cypro works in such a small dose.
I'll try it next time.

Re: 7/24 Zener PMPS 289;+2 137

 You asked for it you got it! Slow down a little Z-man. You don't want to stretch the bungees too much!

:YMSIGH: the mon soons never make it this far. We've got mountains on the north, east and south.

Re: 7/24 Zener PMPS 289;+2 137;+3.5 92

DIVE SAID THE CAPTAIN! and so he did, Wow on that +3. what a nice green!   Surf well Zener! I will hope you guys aren't up to late...

Re: 7/24 Zener PMPS 289;+2 137;+3.5 92

Well well, all that talk of increasing the dose, hmmmm..... Also noticed while looking at his SS that the last few drops into green in the evening have been following afternoon fluids. I'm wondering if that should make a difference on how we look at Zener's possible adjustments in dose.

@Josie & Ripley - wow, that is some planning ahead! Mr Handsome has some plans for tonight, but starting to wonder if these drops may be correlated with fluids earlier in the afternoon.

@John - we never really know what he's going to do, and he does like to wait until the last minute. Now that we are giving fluids 2-3x/week we are seeing some correlation with lower numbers following fluids. :?

@Amy & TrixieCat - I do believe Zener wants to binge watch some bad TV tonight. We had a brief flash of blue on the way to the lagoon.

@Ella - Zener has emphatically made a statement about a possible dosecrease.   We want to see pics of the mountain awards, do you get to wear a polka dot hiking shirt now?

@Wendy & Neko - good grief, are those cats texting again? And wow on the plane drop off! Those rascals.

@mariko - you are welcome for the visit to Lucy's condo. We sure tried lots of meds before we found a cocktail that seemed to help Zener's GI issues. It only takes a tiny amount to work for him, so paws crossed Lucy will get a similar result. It sure takes the stress down a notch or two for the beans.

@Ann & Tess - yep, gotta be careful what you ask for, 'cause you just might get it.  ~O)

Looks like Zener may want another party this week, and one of the PJ variety. Getting the jug and chocolate ready, just in case.
