Yesterday, Neko's lowest PS yet. What a way to start a morning! The rest of the day was mostly blue with a slight liver quiver to yellow immediately after brekkie and a dip to green again overnight.

7/26 Recap:
+12 62   (15 minutes stall)
AMPS 64  +1 215 +4.5 152 +7 122
PMPS 171 +3.5 181 +9 89

7/27 Recap so far:
AMPS 212 +4 327 +9 225

We are having a hard time getting PS back onto schedule. Yesterday morning's 15 minute delay was recovered last night, but this morning was 1/2 hour late. ohmygod_smile It was Saturday morning rowing, and we are now starting head race training (long distance races are what's in the fall season), so were a little late getting off the water because we went an extra long distance. Then DH offered to do cat duties and let me stay behind and do breakfast with the rest of the rowers. That was great, but he's not as practiced/efficient at TFS and said Neko's right ear didn't want to bleed this morning. Oh well, maybe I'll slowly get back onto schedule and see if I can sleep in a bit tomorrow morning.

Same old same old with the cats. Lots of napping in the solarium, in spite of running the shop vac not far from them. We are sanding the deck railing before painting them. I'm a bit worried about the lack of action in the LB. Neko had dirty white paws after going outside this morning, so I know she's OK, but I always worry about Theo and his FLUTD, although I have spotted him drinking water lately which he rarely does. He doesn't have outside access and is good about using the LB so I should be seeing results from him.

Sending tons of healing vines to Jupiter and Doogle today and cyber hugs to Jamie and Donna.

Re: 7/27 Neko PMPS 188

Hi Wendy! I'm right there with you on the test time. I keep telling myself I need to start moving Shasta's start time early to get ready for the start of the new school year coming up...and then that blasted alarm goes off and I hit snooze. I guess it would be so much easier if I would get to bed at a decent time of night, but come on...it's summertime! Hope you get some good prezzies in the LB from your furkids. Neko's looking nice in her blue pre-shot. Hope she has a nice slide into the lagoon...but nothing dramatic, ok?! Us humans have to sleep, you know!?! :-D Happy Caturday!

Re: 7/27 Neko PMPS 188

Hi Wendy - WOW, some great numbers for Neko! love the greens!   I was always juggling sot times with Mannie, especially on days that I had Nicholas. Often the pm shot was 30 minutes alter, sometimes 45/60. I always had to maintain the morning time, for a variety of reason. I always worried when i'd shoot an hour late at night, and back in normal time in the morning. Mannie always seemed to handle it fine, I rarely had issues. I hope that it is the same for Neko. It's tough when outside life influences messes with our structured FD lives. Neko seems to be doing OK with it too. Best of luck!

I hope your day was good. You have some of this glorious weather we are having too?

Re: 7/27 Neko PMPS 188

Nice numbers for Miss Neko. Hope she doesn't mind the work outside.

Glad you got to go rowing :-D

Glad you got on the water. ;-) We have trouble sometimes getting back on schedule after shot delays. It's a bit easier in the summer when our schedules are more flexible. For Zener, 15 minutes or less, doesn't seem to have too much effect on his BGs, but we know ECID!

Her evening cycles are always so much prettier than the day ones. I'm lovin' these blues. Kitties seem to have survived the fireworks in town. There are three days of a fireworks competition, starting today. The sound echos all the way from downtown to the mountains to our place. Often Neko hides under the bed for them, but this time was just chillin' in the solarium.

@Deborah - Right now Neko's PS is scheduled around my rowing times. That plus she's often a late nadir so if I start later, I'm often up quite late. Prezzie time in the LB is tomorrow - they are every other day with raw food diet. Still waiting for Theo to pee. He's tried a couple times. No action by tomorrow means a vetty visit. Why does this always happen on a Sunday?

@Michelle - I've never shot earlier than 1/2 hour for Neko so don't know how she'd handle it. I actually try to do it in 15 minute increments, seems to be fine with that. Yesterday was a great day for Neko, back to a typical day today. And yes on the weather. I'm having to water the garden it's so dry, but it's great weather for painting the house.

@Marje - Back to business with blues tonight. So far she's been OK with the noise, but I also closed the window closest to the shop vac. She loves the solarium so much I think it would take a lot for her to move out of it.

@Anne - Neko's pretty good with 15 minutes changes and I do it a lot for a couple of evening board meetings that were scheduled without considering my PS times. The nerve of them. I like the kitty rowers, could have used extra help this morning's long row. Only way to get in shape for long distance races is to do it.

Re: 7/27 Neko PMPS 188 +3.5 163

Hi Wendy!
I'm glad your kitties survived the fireworks.
And Neko is in nice numbers!!

I don't know how Lucy and Ginger did because I went out after checking her +2, but they are glad to see me back home.
I expected Lucy's number to be high from the stress, but she's just flat, so that's good.

I'm so close to the fireworks that the windows vibrate, and car alarms go off.
I can't stand they have to do it 3 times each year! !!
