I know you are probably dancing around the house right now, or at least that's already been done, but will be done again! And how many times have your watched your OTJ video???? I think I watched mine like, 100 times, smiling and crying...Oh, you get it, lol. I also wanted to thank you for stopping in Spot's OTJ condo and helping us celebrate his special day, also!! Glad we could party again so soon!!

I haven't shared the Bazooka news yet.... I am afraid that they will think he's "cured" and start letting him eat crap again :-|. Donovan will be going to the vet sometime in April/May for his yearly check up and shots, so it will need to be revealed by then. Speaking of which, are there any tests he should have then? Vet generally just gets a weight, listens to heart, looks at teeth, checks ears/poop for unwanted critters, gives whatever shots are needed. He doesn't do any other testing unless something seems wrong.

I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone here who has read Donovan's adventures on FDMB (both Vetsulin and Levemir), those who have given me hope when things weren't going well, those who guided me through each step of the healing process, even at 3 am @-), and a special acknowledgement of those whose wonderful cats have lost the battle. It breaks my heart every time to read about it even though I've never even met these cats. I feel like I know them, and you. I generally don't post that much, but know that I am reading and praying for all of you. This is something that others can't possibly understand unless they've lived it. I am extremely fortunate that Donovan responded so well after a rough start. I can't thank FDMB enough for that.

Dammit, I need a tissue....

Latte snuck out to the party while I was at work yesterday. All she could talk about was Donovan's beautiful long tail! ;-)

Best of luck to you two! Thanks for putting so much time and energy into Donovan in hopes for this wonderful day to arrive!

Wow, I even forgot to get a PMBG yesterday ohmygod_smile and didn't realize until PM +3 (77).
He's doing great.... showing off, I dare say. But eating like a pig. Perhaps he's expecting a party every day now?
