Good Morning, Everyone,

Rusty is good this morning. So far the ear meds seem not to have caused him any problems. We gave him his 2nd dose this morning: managed to get 2 large drops in the ear (the instructions say "4 drops" for "dogs" under 30 lbs., but they don't specify how big a "drop" is. I hope 2 large drops are enough! It wasn't easy!!) Rusty got some treats afterwards and we had a nice combing/brushing, during which he was purring happily. Thanks again to everyone who helped us yesterday.

This morning it is snowing and 30 degrees. There is light accumulation. I hate to say it, but it looks "normal" :lol:
We are hosting our little group's Halloween potluck party this evening. Lots to do today to get ready. Rusty will be a big help. He has a party to prepare for, too--tomorrow night at Camp Stu.

Yo Kitties! Tomorrow night is our biggest party of the year: Halloween at Camp Stu. This is the time of year when the veil between the realms is the thinnest and we will be able to see and communicate with our beloved GAs through the veil. Don't miss it! Nice blue start for Rusty today. I hope the meds keep going uneventfully (is that a word?). I can't imagine how hard it would be to give to a kitty, but Rusty is a real trooper. Healing vines for his ear and that it all goes smoothly.

Fun on the party! Is Edward making some bread? It is raining and cool here and it made me think of Edward and how good your house must smell in the winter with the two of you cooking. I hope you have a good day and get some relaxation in there as well.

Congratulations on getting the drops in Rusty's ears. I know how hard that is. I know what you mean about drop size. I hope it clears everything up quickly. When I had to give Baby ear drops, I explained it was to help her and it seemed to calm her down some. Our kitties understand a lot.

Have fun at your potluck dinner tonight. Will you be able to watch the game?

I'll be right over to help with the planning. I can't wait.

So glad you are feeling better and getting that icky stuff out of your ear!

I am thinking about whether I need a costume or not. Cause you know, I'm a lovely black kitteh and I can be real spooky without a costume.

Paws crossed the ear meds work quickly. I bet your house smells wonderful with cooking. Nothing like a fresh baked cimmamom cookie!

I am on my way. My bean is on the ferry and I told her to throw a line to get fresh fish for the sushi.
