Good Morning, Everyone,

Rusty had a 77 when we went to bed last night and had a good night, eating all his nighttime food by the time wake-up rolled around. This morning's routine went well and Rusty is now napping in his little bed by the radiator. It's 15 degrees with a stiff wind. A good day to sit on the radiator! 12-24 inches of lake-effect snow are predicted during the next 24 hours for parts of our region (near Lake Ontario and down into the southern Adirondacks), but here we are only supposed to get an inch or two. I am going on a short hike with some friends this morning and will be back in time for a late lunch. Edward and Rusty will hold the fort.

Keeping Josie and Ripley in our thoughts this morning. Sending deep sympathy to D on the passing of Baby. Continuing to send healing vines to all kitties and beans who are not feeling well.

oh wow on your weather! That is alot of snow... nice i think that your portion will only be a few inches. Enjoy your hike today. it must be very pretty there. Hiking in the snowfall maybe?

Nice start for Rusty today. I can't blame him for napping by the radiator. I hope you have a good hike and stay warm.

Ella - oh SO cold out there and you're choosing to go out in it? Silly Hooman...warm radiators are MUCH better!

Hi again,
Rusty is going the wrong way. I guess it's a bounce from last night. It wasn't a fur shot.
Our hike was a pleasant, easy walk through the woods. There was some snow on the trail, but not enough to have to wear snowshoes. I hope we get some more snow soon.

Fantastic night last night. Rusty is a fabulous host in the lagoon and Neko agrees, relaxing by the radiators is the way to go today. Maybe back to blues later today?

I'm glad you got a little hike in - the weather sounds quite good for it.
