Good Morning, Everyone (almost afternoon!),

Our hearts go out to Desi and Dianne today. The Bridge has two beautiful new residents: Tinkerbell and Savannah. Fly free, lovely girls!

Rusty tells me that the Full Cold Moon Party was a great success. The moon peeked through the clouds from time to time, the snow was falling, and the kitties danced, sang, ate, drank, and celebrated their GA pals in the Circle of Remembrance. Rusty said that he could hear the Bridge Celestial Chorus singing carols and songs of the season.
This morning it is back to the usual routine. We have a bounce in progress, it seems (this is apparently the new pattern: green at night and then a gradual rise). Rusty had a good test, shot, lung treat, breakfast (eaten late), nap by the radiator, late schmooze (he woke me up; I had gone btb), and a combing/brushing.

Not much planned for today. We will walk to the post office and stores after lunch, then an afternoon of cookie baking. Edward has started preparations for his Hungarian potato bread, which he will bake tomorrow for our group's potluck Xmas party on Friday. These are busy times. I hope we can get out on our snowshoes before the warm weather arrives later this week and we get the sleet and freezing rain just before Xmas.

Come on down Rusty! Seems that Rusty and Tarragon are doing the same thing cycle wise. Thank you so much for the Linzer Augen recipe yesterday. They sound wonderful. It is on my list to make this weekend.

Not too bad for a bounce, sorry i missed yesterday, but Tess says SHe didn't and to full moon party was spectacular! Mmmmmmmm a day of baking! I need to do that!

I hope Rusty heads down today. Hopefully you can get out in your snowshoes before the snow melts.

Not much chance of the snow melting :lol: , but it can deteriorate when rain, freezing rain, and sleet come down on it. We won't see the "ground" again until April.

Rusty came down at +5, so that's a step in the right direction. He's had his lunch, his freeze-dried testing treat, and is camped out in his perch above the radiator. Light snow is coming down. It is very beautiful here today: looks like a Christmas card.

Keep on sliding Rusty - paws crossed the grotto is just on his route to the lagoon.

I too need to get baking, as I'm giving some away as presents. Good luck on getting out on snowshoes soon.

The LagoonMeister is in residence! I guess I was wrong in my prediction of today's cycle. Rusty is feeling good tonight and was playing in a big box for a little while. He ate some of his dinner and is sitting on the couch, waiting for us to join him.

We have about 10 inches of snow on the ground, not much compared to the 60+ inches they have in parts of our area, but it is very nice snow. We didn't get out in it today because we had too much to do. I baked 2 batches of cookies, one of them full of cimmamum.

On now to condos.

Blech on snow, I'm sick of it already :shock: :lol: The cookies sound good...mmm. What a nice PMPS for Rusty! I hope he stays in the nice greens and surfs nicely for you tonight :mrgreen:
