Good morning LL & Happy Valentine's Day!

Today is Tarragon's 3rd Annifursary of FD diagnosis. We didn't join FDMB until Feb 17 after our vet suggested the site. Thank goodness she did. What a crazy 3 years it has been. I have been spending some time looking back at my posts from those first few months and somewhat reliving how scared we were. Tarragon was so sick at diagnosis and down to 7 pounds. Every waking moment (and many dreams), were spent worrying about the little guy and second guessing everything I was doing. Funny how now it all seems second nature. Looking back it should have been obvious that he was sick long before the diagnosis. We have been through pancreatitis twice, IBD diagnosis, HCM diagnosis, struggles with his asthma, on and on. I am so happy to say that he is healthier than he has been in years and is up to 12 pounds again. I want to say thank you to all of you. FDMB has gotten us where we are today. You all love Tarragon so much and it shows in your care, concern, hugs when things aren't going right or when I am just needing some encouragement. We love you all.

Happy furry purry guy this morning with all 5 p's present. He is still limping, but it is getting better. He, of course, came out while we ate breffis and had to have Mason pick him up so he could give Mason's face the twice over with rubs, headbutts, nibbles.

DH and I are headed to Norman tonight so he can finish his last class of this series tomorrow for his Lean Sig Sigma. I am going to do a little shopping and hang out while he is in class. The fur kids will have Mason all to themselves on Valentine's night.

Have a wonderful day and weekend!!

It's great to hear how well Tarragon is doing now. I'm so glad you found FDMB. I don't know what I would have done if we hadn't found this place. I'm glad Tarragon's leg is doing better.

This is definitely a great place to be. I'm glad to hear Tarragon is doing so much better.

I didn't know your vetty told you about FDMB...that is awesome!!! As you know, Trix and I joined just about the same time you guys did. I am so glad we got to "grow up" together here. I love hearing how well T is doing these days, not only thanks to LL, but also because of your love and dedication to the little sweetheart...truly inspiring!

I'm glad to hear his limp is getting better...no doubt snuggles with his BrotherBean help tons! I bet the kids are going to have a great time while the 'rents enjoy a nice, romantic Valentine's weekend away. Have a wonderful time, Melissa!

Morning Melissa ~O) ~O) ~O)

HAPPY ANNIFUIRSARY TARRAGON! You celebrate well today. Elsa says she will come and gets you for the Full Moon arty tonight. She remembers Mannie talking abut all the wheelies he left in your driveway, and wonders if there is enough room to do that with the jet. You be good today, surf well! maybe to the blues this morning?

Wat a great WCR today. I can relate to so much of it, they are my sentiments too. People her are great, all so willing to be there when we need that simple word of encouragement. Congrats to you guys on 3 years, congrats on that happy furry purry kitty and on his being better than he ever has been.

I am glad that the limp is getting better - good news! Enjoy Norman tonight, and kitties - be good! You have Mason all to yourselves. How cool is that?

Enjoy the day Melissa!

HAPPY 3RD ANNIFURSARY, MR. T!

Melissa, You must be so pleased that Tarragon is doing well (thanks to your loving care). Have a wonderful anniversary and valentines' Day. Enjoy your weekend. Mason will take good care of the fur kids and T. will enjoy the big party tonight.

Hugs and scritches,

Ella & Rusty

Hi guys and HAPPY ANNIFURSARY!!!! What a sweet post for tarragon this morning .. amazing how far he has come! Have a great weekend!

Happy Annifursary, Tarragon! I hope you can celebrate with some nice 'nip? Or maybe some tuna :-D

It's awesome that he is doing so well. I'm so thankful to FDMB for helping me, and so many others! Hope your Valentines is going well, and that Tarragon enjoys his Mason time

Happy Anniversary!! It always seems odd to me to wish a happy anniversary on the date when a kitty's FD was diagnosed. OTOH, you found a 2nd family here and that makes the day special.

I hope you enjoyed your day and the kitties -- especially Tarragon -- enjoyed having Mason to themselves.

"Mason time"   Mr. T can never have too much of that. :-D He's lucky to have such great beans. We're glad you found FDMB. :-D

gosh - i had to go look at one of my posts to see, but we're just 3 days behind you. i can't think of a better "classmate" than you guys and the rest of us that joined about that time. it's been a long-haul, hasn't it!?! lots of good times in the midst of all the difficulties.

have a great evening - hugs to our little buddy Tarragon!

Happy Annifursary!! What a great story about Tarragon's journey  I am so glad he is doing so well - Sounds like he and his beans will have a wonderful night :-D

Happy Annifursary!

You're right that it isn't the diagnosis we're celebrating, it's the beginning of better health for Tarragon! Like you, I don't know what I would have done without the wonderful people here. I do know that Cinco would probably not have made it this far. I'm glad your beautiful boy is doing so well. :-D

Happy Annifursary Tarragon! I hope you are enjoying your Mason time while the other beans are away.

It always warms my heart to hear how much better kitties are doing since their diagnosis. I started about a year after you, but I still remember reading about the HCM diagnosis. You've done a great job with the furry purry lovebug. :YMHUG:
