280 +4.5
J.D. had gone to bed and I had fallen asleep on the couch watching Animal Planet. At +4.5, J.D. came to me and woke me up, and so I thought I should test him. He was 280. Then he headed back to my bedroom. I called him back but he ignored me. He went into the bedroom, turned around and came all the way back to me, turned around and headed back to the bedroom. I guess he wanted me to go to bed.
Where he gets treats at bedtime.
Last night, the pathways to my car were pretty much covered in ice, and I used our entire 5 gallon bucket of salt going back and forth sprinkling that salt on the pathways that lead to my car. I then called the home owners association to let them know that we were out of salt.
I look out the window this morning, and they still look covered with ice. I was hoping the salt would clear a path for when I have to carry J.D. in his carrier to my car.
J.D. didn't want to get out of bed, but I finally picked him up and brought him to the living room to test and get his Pepcid and shot. He then went back in the bedroom and is laying next to my bed and eating his 1st Breffis there.
I'm off to go bring my car as close to the pathways as possible and let it warm up. We leave in 15 minutes to get a blood pressure check.
I am hoping his blood pressure is fine.
