Brasilian yesterday

Zener is feeling MUCH better this morning. Appy is good, and he insisted on a picnic in the rain. Woohoo for the rain!!! It's been two months since any precipitation in these parts. :-D :-D The only thing that isn't wet is his picnic table. :lol: :lol: And he's green! :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: And his beans are busy... Anne has a second day of interviews and I was going to a seminar but my plans can be adjusted. Anything for our Zener. :-D :-D :-D

Yesterday, I smelled urine on Zener's head but not on his body. :? :? :? We've been trying to figure that out. He's not very steady but surely he wouldn't fall while peeing and dip his head in the pool... :lol: We finally decided that he must have rubbed on something outside that someone had freshly peed on. Lovely.

Thinking of ailing kitties and beans. Holding Nancy close as she grieves the passing of her sweet boy, Pepper. Paws crossed for Scooter's OTJ trial. Happy Caturday, LL!

Well, all those blues and greens the last couple of days sure look purrrr-deee on Zener's ss. Cheering Zener on to a nice green day. Gosh, I sure hope Zener got that head rubbing on freshly sprayed marking out of his system (eww). Let's hope the rain helps wash that stuff outside away.

BIG HUGS Anne/Liz!!! Pee smell on head...have that issue with Leo sometimes. I finally figured it out - he 'dribbles' when he pees then licks it off by burying his head there while he cleans. Butt smells clean, face stinks... ohmygod_smile

I'm glad you all are getting some much needed rain. I hope the interviews go well for Anne, and that you can make it to your seminar if needed.

I'm so glad Zener's appy is happy, and his numbers are great!!!

Sorry about pee on his head! :shock:
Maybe he first got some of his pee on his paw or bum... stepped on it by mistake or something....
Then just a tiiiiny bit got transferred on his head.
You didn't smell it anywhere else because he had already cleaned himself, but no cats can lick clean their heads.
There! I think this theory sounds a bit less ewwwww.

Woohoo for rain - too bad it wasn't snow. :? But any precipitation will do as long as it stays off the picnic table.

Hmmmm...interesting mystery with the "pee on his head" this morning. I have to admit, I've never come across that one before, but knowing Zener, no matter how it happened I'm sure it was absolutely adorable.

Glad he's better today and eating. And I hope Tillie has forgiven mama Liz!!

Isn't the rain great? We really needed it. We saw an amazing double rainbow!!

Zener, all is clear for landing! Come on down, little man. Sorry to hear about the pee-pee head. Shasta likes to stick her head in the litter when she covers her poop...she's a total Litter Head!

The Brasilian reference is to the national colors of Brasil that Zener has been sporting and not some other sort of fashion statement which we seem to be woefully uninformed about, so research is indicated. :shock: Oh my, the power of the google. :o


Sometimes Zener sports the Sweden colors too. :lol:
