3/10 Shadow AMPS 183 + 4 101 + 7 145 + 9 190

Good Morning ALl!

Shadow had a pretty blue level night :razz: :razz: :razz: :razz: we are pretty excited for her.
We went to the vet today to get an INSULIN refill . UGH. I am due to find a new vet. Shadow has been healthy her whole life until she got diagnosed, so we never had a regular VET :sad: Anywho, I went today and tried once again to explain to her all of my fabulous friends and support here... and she continues to doubt and tell me what I am doing is wrong. So this is the second time this has happened, I understand she is the VET, and I am not. But we are a group of people who live eat and drink FD. So,looking for a replacement...... anybody live in the Southern NH area, that can recc. a new VET. or does anybody know how I should go about finding a new VET who will help Shadow and I ---End Rant

You could post in main forum - looking for good vet in southern NH
and see if you get any responses.

many people post on Main Health to ask for recommendations for a new vet. There's also a facebook Lantus Land group that's primarily social if you want to join it. just holler.

i would disagree with your vet - i think shadow's looking pretty good. there may even have been some green numbers yesterday before that pmps 113. looks like that number was beginning a rise up for the evening.

Good luck finding a new vet. I think your vet is crazy. If you are doing it all wrong, why is Shadow having such great cycles lately?

When you say you went to the vet for an insulin refill, do you mean a new prescription? I have heard of some vets selling Lantus but the pharmacy is the place to get it.

I think Shadow looks great! I hope you managed to get your refil, and can find a good vet who will work with you

I agree!!!! Thank you, it is so aggervating to hear someone tell you what you are doing is incorrect. I have been working so hard with Shadow and her results are really great! Errks me :lol: :lol: :lol:

Thank you!!!!! I got my prescription, so now when I need my refill I have the proper information

Hi Wendy!

Yes, I needed the prescription. I got the prescription and did not fill it yet. Im happy to know I have it for when we do need it
