Yesterday's space station visit

Crazy busy this time of the semester for beans. So, we are late getting Zener's condo up. Wish we had good news to report, but today is one of those punk days. It can be hard for the beans to get motivated to get a condo up when our guy is not feeling well. Numbers are coming down slightly but appy is not so good and Zener is having more trouble getting around with his back end falling over. It sure looks like his anal glands could be bothering him, it's been almost two months since our last "expression". We have a visit scheduled with his favorite Dr Miller, head vet for Team Zener, for Tuesday afternoon. In the meantime, we will do our best to follow Zener's instructions, "pet more, worry less." cat_pet_icon

Paws crossed for our kitties in need, and whoop whoop for OTJ parties today. The countdown is on for the Night Duty Bean's imminent retirement! dancing_cat

How many days to retirement, Anne?

Thanks all for stopping by with healing vines for our guy. His back end is still bothering him and he is falling off to the side more than usual. Our vet will be doing walk in hours Friday evening, so if this remain as is, we will be dropping in Friday evening and not waiting until next Tuesday. Appy is so-so, numbers were a little nerve wracking with the less than the best appy. All seems calm now, so nap time for the night duty bean. I-)

Five more weeks of classes (and I'll be away at a conference in the Netherlands for one of those weeks), and then finals week. Last work day May 9, 60th birthday May 10th. What a great birthday present!
