Hi All,

I think Rusty has a bounce going from last night's 42. He's been on the rise since then. No fur shot. This morning he ate his lung treat readily. I've been out all morning driving to Potsdam to go to the Agway for food for Rusty. He had a good lunch and some time outdoors. It's tough to sit outside with him because the blackflies are ferocious today. bbl.

I think Rusty was just making sure you knew it was okay to leave him.

Alright, Rusty. Mama's home. Time to head back towards the lagoon. The weather is lovely today, so there will be lots of kitties there needing your supervision!

Hi Ella and Rusty,

I trust the paddle yesterday was a good one, even with those pesky flies. It sure does look like Rusty is bouncing after the low last evening. Good thing it was when you were home, Ella - guess Rusty was feeling better after that hair ball in the morning. I hope the black flies settle down for you so you can enjoy some outdoor time with kitty.

Hi again,
Rusty has been coming back down all day. We'll hopefully be back in the lagoon tonight. He's enjoying his Wild Calling! Cabin fever (chicken) dinner.
At the Agway I returned the Canidae that I think was dog food in cat -food cans and got 10 cans of what I hope is the Pure Elements cat food. The date on the cans is different, but I couldn't hear the broth in the cans when I shook them. So we'll see. The fuds battles continue.
I was able to get out on my bike for a hilly 10 miles this afternoon (very windy). Tomorrow we'll be getting stuff ready to take to camp on Friday. Rusty is looking forward to the LL kitties joining him there for the usual camping activities and to set up the LL teams to practice for the Kitty World Cup.

Did you ever find out what the new canidae's values are? I have cans sitting here still waiting....


that's the nice thing about where I live.... we hardly see in bugs at all.... just spiders here and there ... and flies and wasps come in august....
in fact, when my kids were young... we were in Tx and they reacted to every little bug... ( mostly flies that looked like fishing lures) because
they had never seen any. ohmygod_smile

I hope your cat fuds turned out to be the stuff Rusty can eat and enjoys. Sounds like you are getting quite a bit of variety of things he likes to eat.
