Lots of whining before the alarm went off this morning from Missy Neko. I had moved PS time up the last couple of days to accommodate a meeting last night and her meal alarm clock had been reset to the new earlier times. This morning I was trying the painful process of moving it back. Who needs a cell phone with network time when you've got a cat! :roll: I did manage to move it back a little bit.

We've got 5 P's this morning, including some excellent whacking and Neko is settled into that most important of P's, the naP. I did a slight modification on the pilling this morning. I got the gabapentin all ready and wrapped in the pill pocket, then got their food all ready. I put down Theo's and took a step or two towards Neko's feeding spot and put down the pill pocket while still holding her dish. She was so eager to get at the main meal that the pill pocket went down in a flash.

Today's thoughts are going to Denmark. At the same time we celebrate Juno going OTJ, it is tempered by sadness at Helle's loss of Bisse.

That's great the new way to give Neko her pill pocket worked. Nice numbers today.

Yo Neko, You sure do enjoy your fuds! I think you get better fuds than I do. Anyway, tomorrow we party and WE can choose the fuds. I hope the strawberries are ripe at Elsa's. The tree house will be a perfect place for our party. See you tonight at Juno's OTJ party. Don't forget your sushi knives. Can you make sushi with herring?

Glad Neko accepted her meds and hey, you have to love the colors of the Brazillian World Cup soccer team :lol: By the way, that is awesome news about Neko's bloodwork, gotta love that! (It sure beats the stinky pinky Pink Lady jacket that Miss Tiger is wearing today :roll: )

Neko's SS sure is looking awfully nice with lots of blue and green lately! :mrgreen:

I was glad to read about the great B/W report the other day. It's gotta feel great to see the "hard numbers" showing improvement in Neko's bloodwork. :smile:

I'm happy with that nadir. Neko however, is not happy with me. I discovered some knots in her pantaloons and ran the pressure washer again this afternoon. :evil:

@Carla - Pill pocket still working. Fingers crossed. Just wish I noticed a difference due to the med. Patience though, might take a bit.

@Rusty - I can do herring sashimi. Der's tons of different fishies in Denmark, my bean's been there before and tole me bout it. More ripe strawberries here so Elsa's treehouse should be good to go. ~Neko

@Ruth - I keep holding my breath on Neko's BG's. Sooner or later a stinky pinky will show up again. :roll: In the mean time, I'm enjoying Brazil colors.

@Jen - Sometimes Neko can go quite a while on a dose and look good. I'm happy with a dose that gets a nadir in the 70's. I was pretty happy about the B/W. Previous time some of the kidney values were starting to creep up so I was a bit concerned. They went back down this time. Whew! In the back of my mind I'm always worry about the growth hormone changes acros can get.

Such nice numbers today, and then we have to jump up tonight. Neko, are you telling Mama she can sleep through the night? Must you do it so dramatically? Low blues would be just fine, sweetie.

Yay for good BW results. Double yay for pill pocket success. Hey, Neko, can you please give my civvie, Sasha lessons in eating pill pockets? She thinks you're supposed to eat the outside and leave the insides on the plate for the bean! :lol:

Good luck getting your shot time readjusted, Wendy. Ours is always getting moved around, so I know what a pain it can be. I'm lucky that it doesn't seem to affect Cinco.
