AMPS=176 (0.75u); +2=187; +3=209; +9.25=173
PMPS=198 (0.75u); +2=182; +4=167; +6=167; +9.5=131

Today
AMPS=148 (0.75u); +2=171; +9.25=180
PMPS=175 (0.75u); +2=171

I gave leaky sub-q fluids last night. ohmygod_smile
She was on the chair she doesn't usually use, and I was giving the fluids in an awkward position, and didn't realize that the needle was out.
I do it every other day, but I guess I'll do another one tonight.....
It seems there is something that I mess up every day.

Lucy is purry, but her appetite is poor this morning, so I'm confused.
She didn't even finish the 1st breakfast.
It might be that she's just being extra picky.
The 1st breakfast was just plain Wellness Turkey, so I'll mix some of the new food and see if she'll eat it better.

I started giving her Azodyl a little over 2 weeks ago.
It's probiotic to support kidney functions, and is not for intestinal flora.
But interestingly, I think her poops improved since I started Azodyl.

Lucy didn't want to eat much more of Wellness Turkey mixed with new new food. :sad:
But she ate Wellness Turkey & Salmon pretty well, but I don't like feeding her this too much because of higher phos.
Why can't she like what's better for her? :YMSIGH:

Trix is the same way now....she's eating stuff that is horrifically high in phos, but it's really the only thing she'll eat at the moment, so we have to use some binder when we can (she will sometimes reject food with binder) and just hope for the best. While the phosphorous isn't great, they'd be a whole lot worse off if they didn't eat at all.

We've had leaky fluids, too....I know how hard it is on us beans, but it will be OK! You'll do some fluids tonight, and all will be well.

Sorry to hear about the leaking fluids. Do you give fluids by yourself? I'm wondering if I need to start Shasta on fluids and if so, is it possible to give fluids with just one person!? :roll: Shasta's appy has been pretty horrific today, too. Sending appy vines to Lucy and wishing you a leak-free night with Lucy!

I'm sorry Lucy's appy is not very good today. Maybe once she gets the fluids tonight it will help her appy get better. :YMHUG:

Yeah for eating! I hope it's the good stuff tonight and that the fluids went well.

I had noticed the same thing about the Azodyl - much better results in the LB lately.
