Good Morning, Everyone. Happy Canada Day!

Hot and humid again. We are having a heat wave. Rusty is fine and even ate about half of his "lung treat". He enjoys sitting in the breeze of the fans. Edward went to yoga and I am about to go out on my bike before it gets too hot. Today will be a day of chores and paperwork.

Looks like Rusty has indeed recovered from his bounce. What a nice low blue amps. Surf well today Rusty. I hope when I get home today you are in the lagoon, tending to your duties. Elsa would invite you voer to Mannie's treehouse, but it is supposed to be 89/90 here today. :shock: She is currently working on installing some fans in the treehouse. ans a bigger cooler for all her ice cream.

Enjoy your bike tide. it sounds great! and yes (!!) before the heat. I will hope that all the chores and paperwork go well. I think I am off to spend some time on the Skykomish River today, ignoring my yard work.... on the river, :roll: on the yard work.

Nice slide! Enjoy the ride! I hope your heat wave is over soon, I know on not liking air conditioning. We resisted for years, but it just gets too hard on Tess now-a days, but we haven't had to use it yet. Maybe just having the unit will ward off the heat this summer. ;-)

:lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: I have to laugh at "heat wave" It will be 108 here today. And it's humid because our monsoon is about to kick off. Of course, not the kind of humidity you have but humid for us.

Rusty's looking good. I think he might be headed to the lagoon to cool off. Our "heat wave" here is low 80's with a breeze. Stay cool. I find it's always cooler on the water.

Happy Canada Day to you too - I had to have blueberry pancakes to celebrate today. ;-)

I'm in Phoenix and I'm thinking it's not that hot. Could be all the misters that are going too. :lol: The lagoon is not far off, Rusty. Hope you had a good bike ride, Ella.

Nice start for Rusty today. I hope he dipped down to the lagoon. Yay that he ate part of his lung treat. We're having a mini heat wave. It's in the 90s with high humidity. Yuck.

Very nice start, Rusty....yay for eating at least some of his lung treat! I hope he gave you a great surf today.

Hi again,
It looks like everyone is having a heat wave. Rusty did indeed spend some time supervising the lagoon today before he bounced off to the shore. I think it got up to the low 80s here today, but it was so humid that it felt like NY City in the summer.
Rusty didn't want to spend much time outdoors! He prefers the fans.
My bike ride was later than I thought and I was out in the worst heat of the day. But I wanted to get out on my bike before the bike ride tomorrow with a group of friends.
I spent the morning trying--unsuccessfully--to get our new router to "recognize" the internet. Finally went back to the old one, which is not very secure. But we use the Apple AirPort Extreme for our wireless network, and it is very secure, so maybe we don't really need the new router/gateway (our ISP is trying to get us to switch). What a waste of time! I have to figure out what I am not doing correctly. It came with minimal instructions and there isn't a manual for this model yet.

Off now to visit some condos. Rusty is calling me to come downstairs, so I'll be visiting on my iPad.

That was an exciting match between the US and Belgium this afternoon.
