Lucy wasn't feeling too good last night and this morning, but she might be feeling a bit better now.
She gave me some purr when I petted her with her favorite ZoomGroom just now although she's still lethargic.
She had two diarrhea overnight, so that's a step backward.
But I thought her diarrhea might started having some slight poopy odor, so that's good if I didn't just imagine it.
Her poop hadn't smelled at all which was worrying me.
I never though I'd wish for poo smell.
She so far ate nearly 3/4 of her meal portion, so not too bad.
But we both had to work hard. I hope she'll eat more willingly this evening.
It's been 3 weeks since she got sick.
I think this is the longest episode.
She's gotten sick plenty of times, but I don't remember her staying this sick for this long.
When she originally got sick after the Leukeran, the vet wanted to run a b/w after 3 weeks, which is tomorrow.
At that time, we didn't expect it would so completely throw her off.
I checked with the vet last week if she still wanted to do the b/w as planned and she said yes.
Hopefully the stress won't make things worse....
I have to do a big laundry today. Mostly poopy stuff.
Poopy towels, poopy shirts, poopy sheets.
I hope everyone is having a nice weekend.
