Day one of vacation. Agenda: sleep! Cats and dog are spread about snoozing. I will soon join them.

I do have guests coming for dinner tonight, though. Maybe some cleaning and grocery shopping will have to fit in the gaps between naps. Or not!

Polly and I have to sneak in a trip to Arizona this afternoon, too. Sounds more adventuresome than it is. Our home in Southern Utah is only 7 miles from the AZ border, but I think some interstate travel will be good for her conditioning!

Oooh, you live in a beautiful area, then. I've only been through the Four Corners area once (okay twice - up and back), but the little I saw was impressive.

Good idea to take her on short trips to get her comfortable. I hope she handles it well and gives you some pretty blue numbers soon.

Sleeping is one of my favorite vacation activities. How nice that your herd is joining you instead of trying to wake you like mine would be!

Well done Polly - back to blues. But she has been on this dose a week. I wonder if it's time for an increase to see if you can get more blue time and less yellow time, especially since you are home to monitor.

I hope the trip went well - pretty country near the border. Like Tricia, I've been to Four Corners once.
