Yesterday's condo

Oh Where have you gone, China girl, China girl? Where have you gone darling kitty? (sung to the tune of "Where have you gone Billy boy, Billy boy")

With that PMPS, I have to think she might have dropped lower than that 64, but I can't prove it of course. Figured with her +2 this morning that she wasn't going to move down a lot, but I guess she's just having a good old time changing the rulebook I've come to know with her!

Had considered letting her depot drain some tonight since I can't be home to get a +2 tomorrow morning, but I with her flirting with the yellows, bit the bullet and stuck with her scheduled dose. Will see how she does tonight and make up my mind in the morning.

When I talked to surgery, they said to plan on at least 7 hours, but when I was in the doctors office today, she said she thought I'd be out by noon'ish as long as I didn't have any problems and my surgery went off as scheduled, so I guess we'll see. With any luck, I'll be home by about +8 tomorrow too...just wish I could get that +2! Will leave down some extra food if I'm concerned about her though. She's always been a good girl when I really needed her to be!

China, get that wonkiness out of your system today, please. Tomorrow Mama needs you to be a nice, steady girl. How about a safe mid blue surf? I'll see if I can get Cinco to keep you company there.

China has been a good girl and stayed safe when you needed her to in the past, hasn't she?

Catherine, no not this time. I've had 14 back surgeries and the only thing that keeps me from being totally useless is that I have an implanted pain pump that delivers pain medication directly into my spinal column.

Every once in awhile, it has to be replaced because the battery dies. Tomorrow will be my 5th one. The nice thing about this one is going to be that it holds twice as much medication as my current one does, so instead of having to drive 5+ hours every 3 weeks to get it refilled, once it's all healed, I'll only have to go every 6 weeks and that makes me very happy!

Yes Mariko, she's always been a very good kitty when I've had to be gone, but her numbers have been really weird for her lately, so I just don't know what to expect from her anymore.

I'm sure she'll be fine though! She's got all her wonderful LL aunties watching over her!

Sorry for not getting to condo's today! All the last minute things to get done, plus all of DM's last minute things, plus the drive up to the doctor today and I've just plain run out of time!
