Well I am not surprised with this mornings numbers with all Trey has been through he is doing very well back to vet for another enema this morning but good news he did have a good break through last night and he is doing good. X ray this morning shows everything is starting to break up finally. He did have an enema and maybe one tomorrow if he don`t pass more today and night. First thing I notice this morning when I picked him up was he was purring poor boy has not done that in a while. He is on lactulose every 12 hours so may make his sugars a bit high but we can handle that. No test this noon time because don`t want to lift him with a full colon we will get a number later :lol: :shock: don`t need that kind of mess to clean up. So we went around and gave everyone a little boost they don`t seem to mind mama crazy open you mouth and squire in it goes cat(2)_steam So relieved Tons of healing green light to all Hugsssssss Kath & Trey

Give Trey lots of scritches from me. Yeah for purrs! I hope he comes back from the vet clean as a whistle. ;-) We've had members who've learned to give their pets enemas at home. Something you might want to talk to the vet about if it because a frequent requirement.

it does sound like Lactulose can raise blood sugar. glad to hear he's getting some relief.
