Stinky Pinky patience pants removed - dosecrease day

Thanks to all for visiting our guy's condo yesterday. We especially enjoyed seeing a post from Mariko, we miss you. :YMHUG: Thanks too for the instructions on avoiding "poo shoe" to Chief Inspector Crapdash - "watch your feet when in the land of poo"!

Zener is staying in flat numbers, though we would like to see some of the other colors suggested by his LL aunties. ;-) More juice on board, so now the patience pants are back on. Otherwise, he is having a good day - appy good, yard patrol done with a visit to the catnip bush, and professional napping underway. We were able to shift today's late afternoon "expression" vetty appointment to next week at an earlier time to avoid being late for PMPS tonight. When I called last week to schedule visits for both kitties, Dr M wasn't available next week which was our regular 4 week schedule, so I scheduled early. Today something opened up, so we rescheduled for next week and can be on our regular every 4 week time.

I'm off to a PT appointment this afternoon to deal with knee problems that were aggravated while I was walking a lot in Germany, carrying a heavy daypack full of all my electronics for work. I swear my "work" daypack weighs more than my suitcase. I've tried a rolling daypack, but with all the cobblestones and stairs to climb, it's much easier with one on my back.

Sending healing vines to all our sweet LL kitties in need and hugs to their beloved beans.

Hi guys:) I'm glad that Zener is doing good today. I too am suggesting a different color to Z...maybe blue or green, perhaps...

The poo shoe sure made me lol! I hope you can manage to get that knee feeling better, Anne. Hugs to you and Liz and some scritches to the kitties from Auntie Rachel. Have a good one!

Re: 9/3 Zener AMPS 330;+3 348

Okay, Z-man. You got your jus boosted, so now's the time for the patented Zener Slide! Show us how it's done!

Nice that you were able to get your vet visits back on schedule. It's much easier to keep track of things if the time in between stays the same.

Sending healing vines for your knee, Anne. I hope you come home from PT feeling better!

It's good to hear Zener is having a good day. I hope the dosecrease helps bring his numbers down. Anne, I hope the PT helps your knee feel better soon.

Re: 9/3 Zener PMPS 386;+2 265

Zener, that's a much prettier color you've slid into tonight. Do you have a little more slide down in ya? Blue's such a pretty color on you! Hope PT went well and your knee is feeling better. Shasta says that she doesn't understand why your daypack is so heavy...these compooters are so tiny nowadays, she can lay right on mamabean's new laptop...NO PROBLEM!!!!! :-D  Sleep well, all!!!

Re: 9/3 Zener PMPS 386;+2 265

I see the start of a classic Zener slide here...it's good to see him approaching better numbers, but I hope he doesn't keep you up ALL night, though! It sounds like the pred is really helping him feel good, which is so awesome. Have a great evening, guys!

Yes, he is sliding into something other than pink! But we did find a big pukus on the back porch tonight an hour after PMPS test, feed and shoot. Looked like a scarf and barf. We've been giving him small bits of food since +1.5 that he is keeping down. So, the slide may be a food issue. Time will tell.

Steady Zener - let's keep cruising the blues. That's where the party is tonight.

You go to a PT? How are you as a patient? Hope the knee is feeling better now.

Zener is giving it his best to surf the blues. Hard to know if this blue drop is from the recent dosecrease, subQ fluids this afternoon, or the pukus at the beginning of his cycle. His appy is okay tonight, but he prefers his high carb food at the moment. Who wouldn't?

Yes, I even have been to two different PTs! I saw a specialist for a vestibular problem a couple of years ago from an inner ear virus. And I go to another PT who I used to teach with, and he now has his own private practice. He's the best for soft tissue problems and hurts you in a good way. ;-) I seem to be having a flare up of a chronic problem with my kneecap being pulled to the outside of my leg. Being away a month without doing my regular exercise didn't help. And I'm a very good patient. We'll get it sorted out in a few weeks.
