Surfin Da Greenz Condo 09/15

Another late condo for this family of two.....

I have been trying to get up so I can "treat" myself to a Hot Steamed Carmel Apple Cider from Starbucks....but waking up with headaches this week hasn't helped :sad:

Welpers Skooter was a good boy during the day....came home and had us a scarf and barf....also barfed up a ponytail holder....guess I will be making a sweep around the house over the next couple of days for things he may be eating.....he hasn't done that in years, but oh well, he is doing it now, so lol...

He barfed after insulin, so I have given him a breather, so I will now try and get him to eat a little bit and slowly get him to hopefully a full stomach and hopefully this wont make him crash....

I found out today a friend of mine had to put her kitty down.....my heart breaks for her.....so keeping her close to my thoughts tonight as a clean up vomit and snuggle with my baby boy...I know the day will come, but at this point, I can't imagine not having him by my side, I can only imagine what she is going through right now....

Soooooooooooooo close to the green zone.....He seems to be doing much better after his scarf and barf....

I just wish I could rid myself of these headaches and being tired all the time....normally I am super cool with being single and most likely being single for all eternity, but times like this....man it would be nice to have a significant other to take over testing and monitoring, even for just a night....

Slept through my +6 alarms, which irks me because with the +8.25 o 93, I wonder how low he went.....

Sigh.....oh well.....I will be happy that he seems to be ok (so if he went SUPER low, he doesn't seem to be effected by it) and has a great lovely green surf going on.....

I will be curious to see how much he zooms up for his AMPS.....

Going to attempt to get a +11 to see where we are at.....

So sorry about your friend's kitty, Molly. Those kinds of events make us realize how lucky we are, and also make us face the nasty truth that no one lives forever, not even our beloved furbabies. :sad: We can't dwell on that, though, or we'll miss all the fun stuff that's going on right now. Like cleaning up scarf and barfs! :lol: Seriously, love that Skooterbug all you can and appreciate every moment with him. He wouldn't be here right now if you didn't love him so much! You're an awesome bean, Molly!
