hi Everyone,
Rusty and Edward had a good day. Rusty had good appetite and apparently had good numbers after AMPS.
I had a good, long bike ride (45 miles, much of it on paving stones). But only 30 blocks from home I had a crash and banged up my "good" knee, bruised or pulled the calf muscle under my other knee, but I was able to ride home. Once here I took Advil, rubbed on some Arnica gel, and iced both injuries. Now I'm sitting with Rusty with the ice packs on and both legs elevated. BUMMER!! I may not be able to do the Climate march on Sunday.
I hope the Kitties' day was a success. They were going to fish in the East River for eels and the LL sushi chefs Neko and Tess were going to make eel sushi. Then a cruise around Manhattan on the Circle Liner, followed by pizza tastings at the 4 of the best pizzarias in the city.
All for now. I am a bit tired tonight!
Vines to all in need. Good evening to you all,
Ella & Rusty
