I think that little creep-up the first night (which wasn't really that bad anyway!) had to do with us being gone. We were moving his shot back so his shots were longer than 12hrs for a few cycles and then that night it was 30min or a little longer because I left the directions for the pet sitters sitting in the printer ohmygod_smile ohmygod_smile so the sitter had a bit of a hard time figuring out which cat she needed to give insulin to since she'd never met our two new foster cats and they are both solid black. What a mess, but I have great sitters and other than Chris getting a tad more food than he would have, everyone got what they needed.
Last night he only got fed 2X and didn't shoot up
