Yesterday's Condo
I still haven't updated J.D.'s spreadsheet with yesterday's numbers. And, I should have slept in or went back to bed and didn't. I have to try to remember to do that tomorrow.
J.D. ate a little FF at AMPS and has had syringe feedings since and we have had 3 walks.
The cyproheptadine doesn't seem to be helping him to eat and I just read on Tanya's CRF Site that it can cause low blood pressure and urine retention and if given with oral potassium salts can slow down the GI transit and then increase the local exposure of high potassium concentrations which in turn may lead to GI tract ulceration or stenosis."
So, I'm off to pick up a prescription for Mirtazapine. May as well give it another try.
I also heard that because of the Ebola scare that hospitals are hoarding fluids, so I'm picking up a prescription for a case, and dropping that off at WalMart, and bringing Ginger with me to show off her witch's costume at the PetsMart next door.
Hopefully, J.D. will be fine while I'm gone.
