Good Morning, Everyone,

Rusty had a good night and ate all his nighttime food. He's put a good dent in his breakfast and at present is in his little bed by the radiator. We are about to try the "lung treat". I didn't add L lysine to his food this morning.

Cold rain is still falling. So much for temperatures predicted to be in the 60s! This is so depressing! I don't hold out much hope that the weather will improve by this afternoon, when we want to be paddling. It's almost afternoon now!

Everyone have a good day. Sending healing vines to all in need,

Ella & Rusty

Rusty that's a nice blue start for a gray day. How about a little lagoon action to warm things up?

Sorry you're not going to get to try out the new boats today. Sending lots of good weather vines your way so you get a chance soon.

Re: 10/28 Rusty AMPS 160

You can send the cold rain to us and we will send our record breaking warm and sunny October weather to you.

Rusty has the right idea for coping with the weather!

It sounds like a nice morning for Rusty. I hope he ate his lung treat and you get some better weather soon.

Re: 10/28 Rusty AMPS 160

Lovely blue start today. A cat could go places, like the lagoon, with a start like that. Did the lung treat work this time?

I am hoping that no updates means you got out for a trial run in the canoes. We share your pain on the rain and have some high winds to boot. Speaking of which - I have those neoprene boots too. :-D

Hi again,
Rusty held the fort this afternoon and his beans got out in their new canoes!!!! The day turned out to be a nice late-fall day: not much sunshine, but quite warm and lovely muted colors on the water. We paddled about 5 miles on the St. Regis River. Our new boats are GREAT!

When we left after lunch there was a little sunshine and Rusty was making the most of it in his perch by the window. He was still there when we got home, 4 hours later. He hadn't eaten the food left for him, but he ate it, of course, about 40 minutes before PMPS. He spent some time in the lagoon. We didn't even attempt the "lung treat".

Now it's off to watch the World Series, Game 6. I'm rooting for the Giants, my father's team when they were the NY Giants.

I'll "multitask" watching the game and checking on the board on my iPad.

Good day for you, Rusty. Nice numbers. Sunny window. A little snack...at just the "right" time.

Ahhhh, so glad the canoes could go out today. Sounds like a beautiful fall day.

Just one issue: Kansas City. Go Royals. (Lived in Lawrence, KS last time KC made the series...yes, that long ago!)

Uh Oh Ella, your Giants aren't doing too well tonight! Well, Rusty had a very nice cycle and glad you got to try out the new canoes- have a great evening(watching something other than the world series)

Yup, we went straight to "Person of Interest" (our favorite show). The Giants got flattened!

Thanks for visiting. Sorry I didn't get to many condos. Tired from all that fresh air!
