10/30 Rusty PMPS 99, +4.5 105

Hi Everyone,

Rusty had a good night and it is pretty clear from that AMPS that he ate most of his nighttime food right before we got up. Last night he was full of energy and went downstairs for a while to play with his bell balls before coming upstairs to bed (we were all up late last night watching the World Series--very exciting game). He ate pretty well this morning, and we had a good schmooze/snooze. This morning I made a vetty appointment for next Thursday for complete bloodwork, etc., including the Spec fPL. He may be having a pancreatitis flare, but he never lost weight on the previous flares. Also, his bgs went up during his previous flares and we have been on a reduction trend for months now. So we'll see what's what next week.

We are sitting around waiting for the furnace guy to come to give the furnace it's yearly servicing. I'm about to go grocery shopping.

Yo Kitties, Tomorrow night is HALLOWEEN!! The best night of the whole year for seeing our beloved GAs through the veil, which is at it's thinnest on Halloween. We are going to have a great PARTY in my barn. All kitties invited. Anyone who wants to help plan the party, come to my house this afternoon. We'll sit on the radiators and have hot tuna toddies and cimmamum/cranberry cookies.

It's nice to see Rusty back in the lagoon today. I hope things go well at the vetty next week. Congrats to the Giants. That was an exciting game. It was fitting it came down to the last out.

Count me in for the planning party. I love sitting on the radiators.

Hi again,
Rusty had a good afternoon and ate all of his lunchtime food. He didn't go outside because there were too many rainy intervals and it was chilly. And then the kitties came to help plan for tomorrow's Halloween party. Big things are in store!

The furnace guy never came and they re-scheduled us for tomorrow. I have all my Trick or Treat candy ready to go, and Edward was happy that I bought him a small bag of candy corn. We're going to a Halloween party tomorrow night, too. If Edward eats all the candy corn before the party, he'll look like a candy corn!

Neko had a blast at the planning party. I'm hoping she saw Rusty in the lagoon and is thinking about joining him.

Bummer on the furnace guy - I hate waiting around for service people that don't show up. Enjoy the evening.

Rusty, i's so happy to be coming for the party. It will be my first without my sweet Zener. I am so looking forward to seeing him through the veil. I hopes it helps me feel less sad. Tillie
