I suspect I did a partial fur shot last night. Neko's +9 wasn't much lower than her +4 and AMPS is a higher than it has been. I didn't notice it on last night's sniff, but there was a faint smell in the wee hours test. Sigh. Then this morning Neko started walking away while I was shooting. I hope I got it all in. It's one of those days. I got her urine protein creatinine ratio test results back, they are high. :sad: The vet on staff didn't feel he could talk about Neko's case so I wait until Monday to hear from Neko's regular vet.

Gray, gloomy and raining here. Perfect for my mood. Later today we have to kick into cooking mode. It's our rowing club year end dinner and awards pot luck. I'll have to do a speech.

Neko will get back on track quickly from the partial fur shot. I'm sorry her results were high and you have to wait until Monday to talk to your regular vet. I hope it is something that can be treated easily. :YMHUG: :YMHUG:

Well, Neko certainly has enough fur to warrant a few fur shots. :-x Paws crossed on the test results and treatment. UGH on waiting until Monday. Hugs to you, Wendy.

(((((Wendy Neko))))) and for good measure, (((Theo))) I am so sorry the test result wasn't favorable, I find it especially frustrating the person who called you could not elaborate on the implications and leaving your hanging until Monday! :cry: :cry: Neko's numbers don't look like a furshot to me, I'd take those numbers anyday! Good luck with your speech tonight and hope you have a fun evening, despite the gloomy day! (doncha just love December in the PNW :roll: )

Probably it's best to talk with Neko's regular vet in any event. Bummer on the fur shots. They always seem to come in groups!
Have a grand time at the rowing club potluck tonight, and give a great speech (but not too long! :lol: )

Neko, Rusty says to get your sushi knives nice and sharp. We have 2 parties tonight!
