Hello All,

It's Monday, and time for our next episode of "As the Mikey Turns". Last night Mikey surfed in blue. I was so freaked out that he was actually surfing, that Marje had to talk me off the ceiling. It went something like this:

Mary: MIKEY IS SURFING IN BLUE! WHAT DO I DO??? I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!
Marje: That's great! Just keep testing and posting.
Mary: BUT HE'S SURFING! I DON'T KNOW HOW TO HANDLE A SURF!!!
Marje: Yes, surfing is good.
Mary: I'M FREAKING OUT. MIKEY DOESN'T SURF!!!!!!!
Marje (probably rolling her eyes): Yes, surfing is good.

I so would've slapped me! :lol: :lol: :lol:

It looks to me like our RB bounced this morning. Can someone confirm that? Does the PS being lower than the +9.5 mean that he's clearing the bounce? Next time he doesn't something unexpected, remind me to grab a dust cloth. May as well clean while I'm up there. :lol:

We appear to be contemplating considering surfing in blue. Maybe. It's Mikey. I don't know if I'm crazy, but I really think he behaves differently in blue. He's more relaxed, as if he's less stressed. Mikey is not a very stressed out cat, even at the vet, but there's just something different here.

Also, I think he's put most but not all of his weight back on. He feels so good in my arms. His fur in unbelievable. It's thick and soft. Wonderful!

Looking great. Much greater than his cuz who decided to tank to the 30s at shot time again. We're stalling.

Evening Mary - love your virtual conversation with Marje. :lol: BTW: she claims Gracie has the softest fur - so the two of you can duke that one out too. ;-)

The PS lower than the +9.5 could mean he's clearing a bounce. It could also mean that he likes to double dip, where they drop a little at the end of the cycle, but not as low as the nadir for that cycle.

Blue surfs are indeed beautiful.

Gracie, you stink'ear! Behave! And NO BOUNCING!

The blue of the lagoon matches Mikey's fur. After all, he's a blue tabby and white! Stay right there, Mikey.

BTW: she claims Gracie has the softest fur - so the two of you can duke that one out too. ;-)

Even their breeder says Gracie has the softest fur. And she says it on their website!!!!

Oh, that's the softest fur of the litter. Mikey's is extra soft. :lol: :lol:
