It's a nice sunny cool day here. All windows open. Checkers is happy and semi-active. Well....he's still lazy :-D
I swear, his numbers reflect the weather.....he seems to be always high, when it's hot and humid. Could be I'm just looking for an excuse for his yellow days. :smile:

When I speak of his harness, this is what I'm referring to. The Velcro tabs are very wide, and secure. I'm too nervous to put him in the small figure 8's .

Morning Barb - What a nice day for Checkers! I think you could be right: weather could very well be affecting how he feels, his numbers. it would be interesting to track that for a while. Sure does look good this morning.

I like the harness - seems like a good way to go. Checkers - you are one lucky kitty! look at all that grass.... you - lazy?? nah..... no way! :lol:

Nice cycle so far Checkers! He looks so handsome in his harness:) Our civvie Nestor wears something similar and loves it!

Nice day for Checkers! I agree with the weather affecting their BGs. Looks like a nice blue day there. I like the look of the harness. We had gotten one similar to that but neither kitty enjoys being outside. Bummer. Have a great day Barb!

What a BEAUTIFUL day for Checkers today! I like his little walking jacket. I used to take Buster (GA) for walks outside ad one day might do the same for Theo. The first time I took him outside, he squirmed out of his jacket http://www.hdw-inc.com/walkingjackets.htm and I had to retrieve him from under out boat rack. I think he might be more ready to go outside now. The jacket I have has snaps but the one Checkers has seems nice and wide and hard to squirm out of.

hi guys, checkers, what an awesome day you are having! I love seeing kitties outside .. none of my cats have ever been indoor/outdoor kitties .. once mocha escaped as a young kitten .. she ended up on our front porch for a full minute before we found her .. I don't think she ever wants to relive that trauma! :lol:
 
Love the harness Checks you look soooooo handsome!! Moonie & her bro were indoor cats from the time we had them spayed at 6 mths, and they never looked back :? :shock: :lol: :lol:
