Yesterday started pink, went blue, then the PM did a lovely little blue to green cycle. And then at the end the bounce began. :roll: To further mess things up, I felt insulin this morning after the shot. :shock: Why is it that fur shots seem to come in bunches? I've noticed that with others as well. Hopefully that's it for this bunch. :YMSIGH:

Yet another gray rainy day, so Neko is curled up in her basket in the solarium. She thought about going outside, stood in the doorway for a while, but retreated to the basket, had a good kneed of the fleece, sampled the catnip I gave her, and is now riding out the reds to the next shot. There was a good series of whackfests this morning. At one point, Theo was hunched behind a bookcase like he was watching prey, then ran towards Neko and unleashed the whacks. Neko whacked back as good as she gets and Theo retreated. :lol:

I hate fur shots. It does seem like they come in bunches. I hope Neko comes back down for you soon.

Oh boy what bounce after a wonderful day of numbers! At least Neko rode out the reds flying on the nip! Come down pretty girl, come down!

Bummer on the 400's... that was Mannie the otehr night. I hope Neko comes down nicely in the PM cycle.

She must have got some insulin in her this morning as she was down by PM and we seem to have some action tonight! I took the reds as a chance to play hooky today. I visited a friend and watched bald eagles cruising for salmon in the river in front of her place. Tonight was dinner at other friends with home made Sri Lankan food. Yummy! I do love auto feeders.

@Wendy - I hope furshots happen in 3's, I should be done for a while. :roll: Some days we do get a lot of whack a thons, today was one of them.

@Carla - Neko seems to have recovered nicely from the furshot/bounce combo and giving at least blues tonight!

@Lisa - Low reds is not bad for Neko following a night of the 50's. That used to be grounds for upper reds. She does seem to be racing down tonight. Over 50 points an hour is probably enough to cause a bounce in reaction to the fast drop.

@Auntie Liz - I'ze comin' down. I'm at the grotto and slidin' down real fast!

@Michelle - The cats can be so funny. Whack-a-thon's are the only way Neko will play with Theo, so he provokes her all the time. :lol: And yes, she is coming down tonight, a bit fast perhaps.... We did get some lovely rain today, made worse by the wind. A good day to be in looking out.

That's the attitude Wendy! When our kitties are on high bg, we get the leave the house permission + less poky day. When they are low surfing the green, we feel happy because they are in the recovery state! :lol: ALways think positive is the way to go with this Sugar dancing.

@Helen - I got a less pokie cycle and a green cycle in the same day, so that makes me happy! If not a little tired, it would be nice to have the active cycles during the day again.
